14-day return policy
In accordance with European withdrawal rights, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us, without having to provide a reason.
How to proceed
- Email us at emmanestbaby@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will respond within 24 business hours with instructions and the return address.
- Return the product in a resalable condition (clean cover, original packaging if possible).
Refund
Refunded to your original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.
Return shipping costs
To be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or non-compliant — in which case, we cover all costs.
Product damaged upon delivery?
Send us a photo. We will replace or refund, without unnecessary discussion.
